Port Blair, Dec. 14: As part of the Island Tourism Festival (ITF) 2023, the Department of Agriculture will be organizing a Flower Show on 28th December, 2023 at ITF Ground. During the Flower Show, competitions will be held on various Categories Viz. Fresh Flower and Dry Flower Arrangement, Flat Bouquets, Garland & Rangoli Competitions.

Port Blair, Dec. 14: The vessel MV Swaraj Dweep will sail from Port Blair to Vizag on Dec.16, 2023 at 1000 hrs. Excess baggage will be loaded from 1400 hrs to 1600 hrs on Dec.15, 2023. Embarkation of passengers will commence from 0800 hrs on Dec.16. The embarkation of passengers will be closed one hour before the schedule time. Passengers reporting late will not be allowed to board the vessel.

Port Blair, Dec. 14: The general public have been informed that there will be a downtime of online Bus Ticketing application https://ants.andaman.gov.in and its Mobile app “ANTS PATHIK” on Dec.18, 2023 for the entire day due to scheduled maintenance of the applications. During this downtime, booking/cancellation of bus tickets will remain suspended.

Port Blair, Dec. 14: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced the commencement of online applications for admission to the following programs i.e. Bachelor of Education (B. Ed), Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing - B.SCN(PB), Ph. D, session commencing from January 2024, through an entrance test scheduled for Sunday, 07th January 2024.
